The Private Tuition Centre operates as a tuition Centre, with the opportunity to also offer childcare nursery.

Previously on the same premises there has been operating a fully functioning nursery during the day time five days a week.

As the nursery set up is still there, it is easy increase capacity and restart the running of the nursery during the week days. The sole owner has been unable work seven days a week.

The Centre is set in Greater Manchester within a large residential area. This means there is a massive scope with a high concentration of parents with children ranging from nursery age to those studying at college. This means that while the tuition Centre will continue Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday evening, the nursery will run five days a week full time. The inside of the building is modern, large and spacious the owner has also spent £15,000 with setting up the large garden outside suitable for nursery space.

The Childcare and Private Tuition Centre.

Our client has over 25 years’ experience in the education and childcare industry. Having earned a Master’s in Education & Management the owner runs the Centre professionally whilst applying her decades of experience effectively.

The Centre is set in Greater Manchester within a large residential area. This means there is a massive scope with a high concentration of parents with children ranging from nursery age to those studying at college.

The centre runs its practice in line with the Ofsted and government guidelines.

This also means recruitment of staff is carried out with robust checks.  Staff are trained and the constantly assessed for performance. That’s not all, one of the best tools in practice is the app.

A year ago, our client undertook a complete digitalization of the tuition Centre, its resources and operations. The app will now also allow the prospect buyer to benefit from saving 20-40 of hours a month, as the digital system does much of the admin work allowing managers time to focus on their staff, customers, and marketing. 

Equipped with CCTV and combined with the app this will allow the new buyer to track almost all parts of the running business giving them a peace of mind they deserve. 

The Centre also benefitted from offering and charging clients a pick up and drop off service from the mini bus. However, at this time, the service is no longer offered.  Reinstating the service would make a great extra and great marketing tool too!

The Centre provides private tuition and childcare. While the client has hundreds of private paying customers. Our client being a registered childcare provider means that they get to benefit from childcare grants and benefits paid by the government.

Our client company has taught over 10,000 children over the decades delivering results that count. There is no contracted term for a parent to adhere to and if after 17 years customers are still rolling in year after year then that’s because the client holds a record of 100% pass rate for the students.

Our client’s company has methods, philosophies and practice that make the tuition programmed work. The formula is an inevitable success.

Due to the no commitment policy the duration of the students may vary but from on average nine months to several years. If marketed and sold in the right manner there is potential to keep your customer from Nursery to A levels.

Furthermore, there is ample opportunity for the new buyers to benefit from the generous childcare grants which in June 2023 were tailed to offering up to £16,000.00 a year for each working family or parents in education (with two or more school aged children) to be spent on childcare grant. At the moment our client cannot benefit from that as tuition centre only open 2.5 days. Should the prospect buyer open up 5 full days then they should be able to scoop that up nicely from working parents.

The business market as a private tuition Centre and weekend/after school Childcare centre, currently providing mainly private   tuition covering Math’s/ English/ Science/ Literature at SATs/ GCSEs & ‘A levels as well also as an Examination Centre for mock Exams as well as childcare centre.  

Adding the nursery practice would only mean additional upgrade form from Ofsted as opposed to the full year long or even longer process.

All staff are part time, loyal and local from the community, with one office staff, ten tutors, five helpers. All staff are part time and work either Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday evening.

Transportation.

The centre did operate a mini bus service but most houses are within walking or a short drive distance. There are bus stops literally outside the centre which give access for parents to come on a bus, straight outside the centre should they wish to do so.

Marketing.

The Childcare & Private Tuition Centre, benefits from excellent marketing, using regular local leaflets, social media, fantastic Google, Trustpilot, and Yell reviews,  superb fully Search Engine Optimized Website, advertisements in local Places, this includes including leisure Centre’s and shops.
